Uromi Bank Robbery: Nigerian Police Recovers Stolen Money at Ubiaja

The Nigerian Police Edo State Command says it has recovered part of the stolen money.

Edo state police spokeman disclosed that a sum of (N34,510,000) thirty four million, five hundred and ten thousand naira claimed to have been stolen by the Armed robbers in an attacked in Uromi in Thursday, (February 25, 2022).

In a statement approved by Kontongs Bello, the Edo state Police PRO says, police operatives in a joint operation with vigilantes. A source identified as Chief John Odigie, got a reliable information on Friday, February 25, 2022 that some vehicle suspected used by armed robbers abandoned in a bush around Oruen quarters in Ubiaja, Esan South East LGA in Edo State.
