The Government Officials at the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting on Wednesday (March 30) observed a minute silence for the casualties of the Abuja-Kaduna train invasion.
FEC meeting which was governed by his excellency President General Muhammadu Buhari commenced at 10am with Boss Mustapha, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation calling for a minute silence.
He stated the invasion led to the loss of eight-persons and more than 46 people were wounded with many other abducted.
The incident occurred on Monday night at Kasuna, Dutse village in Chikun LGA, almost a few kilometres from the Rigasa train depot.
The terrorists were said to have opened fire, shot continuously at the train, and later gained entry into the train.
