President General Muhammadu Buhari will be meeting with Nigerian Service Chiefs on Tuesday.
The meeting comes amid the heightened security issues in the nation.
Muhammadu Buhari had earlier on Thursday (April 14) governed a meeting of the Council-of-State at the Statehouse in Aso Villa, Abuja. Conversations in the council meeting were announced to be mainly centred on the insecurity and economy of the country.
The meeting, which commenced at 10am, was observed by Professor Yemi Osinbajo; Boss Mustapha, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation; National Security-Adviser, Babagana Monguno and Ibrahim Gambari, the Chief of Staff to the Nigeria President.
Former heads of state at the meeting were General Abdusalami Abubakar, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, and General Yakubu Gowon. Others observed the Council meeting virtually from their different areas.
State govs in the meeting were Hope Uzodinma of (Imo State); Kayode Fayemi MFR of (Ekiti State), Atiku Bagudu, the executive governor of Kebbi State, and Bello Matawalle (Zamfara State), and Nasir El-Rufai (Kaduna) among others. Other state governors also observed virtually.
