Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike has said that as soon as he becomes president next year, he will address the security challenges facing the country so that as soon as the militants hear his name, they will flee

Wike, who was addressing PDP delegates who will be fielding candidates for the upcoming Taraba State elections, said the biggest challenge for their administration was security and economic development

The governor said he would be the commander-in-chief of the Nigerian security forces in the process of infiltrating the terrorists so that as soon as his name was called they would flee.

Wike said he would take direct command of the security, infrastructure and agriculture sectors of the national economy to make Nigerians happy, as he had the skills to overcome the problems that plagued Nigeria.

The governor also supported the establishment of state police forces to help address security challenges.
