Peterside Charges Gov Wike to release Dagogo

Dakuku Peterside, the Ex Director General of Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency has compelled 48-hour ultimatum to Nyesom Wike, the governor of Rivers state to release captured governorship aspirant, Farah Dagogo.

Dagogo is a member and gubar aspirant of Peoples Democratic Party

In a statement released and made available to journalists on Saturday in Port Harcourt, claimed that Dagogo’s detention had no locus-standi in any accepted Nigerian constitution or statue, including the Miscellaneous Offences Act.

He questioned governor Wike to explain his reasons for the detention of the legislator other than his mission to remain the aspirant who would not worry any fair contest.
