The DSS has taken full maintenance of security condition within the court areas.

News Correspondents, legal practitioners and observers were allowed based on presentation of Identity cards.

The high court as at last month, April ruled to move the prosecution to CCT which is to accommodate people to observe the case.

The order which was approved by Justice John Tsoho, the Court Chief Judge had also restricted the media coverage expect they were authorized.

However the strict conditions have been expelled.

it was obtained that CCT in Jabi area was assessed as too permeable for such a tactful case, particularly from the security levels.

However, proper security regulations are being examined to curb security infringements.
