FCTA orders Closure of Dei Dei Market after Wednesday Clash in Abuja

Mohammad Bello, the FCT-Federal Capital Territory minister has ordered the closure of Dei-Dei market indefinitely.

The order coming after unrest between the Okada riders in the popular market in which 4 lives were lost.

FCT minister gave this command while visiting the location with other top officials and security operatives.

He advised the residents and store owners to figure out those liable for the violence.

According to the minister, those hoodlums target the economy and burnt millions of goods and vehicles.

He then appeals to the residents to live in peace and hand over bad people in the community to the security.
