Kaduna Police kill Two Bandits, Recover Guns

The operatives of Kaduna state police have killed two bandits at Kimbi community in the Birnin-Gwari LG Area of the state.

Muhammed Jalige, the state police spokesperson substantiated this in a statement published on Thursday, explained security operatives have recovered two AK rifles from the terrorists.

In their effort to secure from criminals the state especially Birnin-Gwari area. command on May 31, 2022, listed another achievement by neutralising two terrorists and reclaiming two AK-47 attack rifles, while various others sustained ammunition injuries.

“The manhunt came after distress message obtained on the exact date around 4pm that some armed bandits in huge numbers ambushed Kimdi community of Birnin L/G Area in their disgraceful purpose of abduction.

The command instantly sent a nearby men squad of security to the area to confront the assailants and an exchange gun fight ensued, where 2 of the attackers were killed and 2 AK47 rifles reclaimed

The command is not careless of the security issues especially around Birnin-Gwari area, thus the police alongside the Kaduna government and other security mechanisms are working extremely to ensure that the safety of human lives is safeguarded at all times,”
