Kogi Guber: Mubarak/Tenimu of NNPP remains candidate to beat — Campaign Organization
The attention of the 2023 Kogi State Governorship Campaign organization of Hon. Mubarak Musa and Tenimu Idris of the All New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) candidate and his deputy has been drawn to some online publication purported to be crisis within the party in Ankpa LGA of Kogi state.
We, as the media manager of His Excellency, Hon. Mubarak Musa and his running mate, Hon. Tenimu Idris have sought the consent of our principal and wish to respond thus :
In every human organization, agreement and disagreement should always been seen to be part of the process of human development as NNPP is not an exception in an ideal democratic setting which the party is leading by example by allowing all interest groups to speak their minds on the way to make the party grow and remain united for continued peace , progress and development of the party.
(2) The New Nigeria People’s Party ( NNPP) is a serious political party that has won election in Nigeria in the just concluded 2023 general elections.
The candidate of the party ,Hon. Mubarak Musa and his running mate are seriously working to harmonize and resolve all interest groups within the party to see that unity of purpose is achieved before , during and after the Kogi 2023 governorship election.
The governorship candidate and his running mate enjoin Kogi electorate and other eligible voters to join the party to rescue our dear state from clannish affairs as been presently practised by the rulling All Progressives Congress ( APC ) in the State and urged the people of the State to reject third term ambition of the outgoing governor whose stock in trade is intimidation, harassment of the electorate and the likes.
Hon. Mubarak Musa appeals to all members and leaders of the party in Ankpa LGA and other 21 LGAs of the state to keep to the rules of the game as the party is large enough to accommodate all interest groups and individuals.
He appreciates the leadership of the party at National , State , Local and Ward levels for the confidence repose in him to fly the party flag and assured them of his victory in the coming election .
The campaign organization wishes to congratulate the candidate and his running mate for the successful publication of their names by the Independent National Electoral Commission, wishing them and the good people of Kogi State a peaceful, credible and transparent 2023 governorship election.
