BAN commends Bello on new University in Okun Land

The leadership of the Bello Ambassadors Network (BAN) commend the governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, for approving the establishment of a university in Okun land, Kogi state, which makes it the second university to be established by the Yahaya Bello administration.

The national coordinator of Bello Ambassadors Network, Anthony Edogbo, noted that the establishment will not only create more admission opportunities for students, but also create thousands of jobs for the people of Kogi State.

According to the state Commissioner for Education ‘’It is expected that the 15-man committee set up by the governor will give its report within the next one month as it would be the government’s desire to see the university kick off before the end of this tenure’’.
