Pay As You Work: NPC To Drive Modest System — Says

The Director -General, National Productivity Centre NPC, Dr Nasir Olaitan Raji-Mustapha has assured Nigerians that the new productivity linked wage system being developed will enhance more productive society as obtainable in the global world.
Dr Raji stated this on Monday during the presentation of certificate and plaque of National Honor to the Head of Service of the Federation, Dr Mrs Folashade Esan in her office at the federal secretariat, Abuja.
The NPC helmsman maintained that the new system when adopted will not only enhance productivity, but create job opportunities to average Nigerians and also trigger more opportunities.
He assured the HOS that NPC had laid a solid foundation to drive both economic and productive society through on the job acculturation that will trigger industrial revolution in the country.
The Director- General, Dr. Nasir O. Raji-Mustapha along with the Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment, Ms Kacholom S.Dajul MNI decorated the Head of Service with the National Productivity order of Merit NPOM.
