KOBA pledges support to its members holding key positions in Tertiary institutions

Keffi Old Boys Association ( KOBA), the old students of Government College, Keffi in Nasarawa State has hailed the appointment of Prof. Victor Samson Dugga as Dean, School of Post Graduate Studies, Federal University Lafia.
The State KOBA President, Arch. Umar Shitu felicitated with Dugga when he led other KOBA officials on a courtesy visit to him Lafia recently.
Shitu who described his appointment as well deserved said that the association was excited over the development and urged the appointee to justify his appointment by living up to expectation.
He said that the visit was to congratulate with Professor Dugga over his appointment as Dean, School of Post Graduate Studies, Federal University Lafia.
” We are here to congratulate, rejoice and identify with you on your appointment. it is an appointment well deserved.
” I want to urge you to live up to expectation in order to make KOBA and the society proud,” he said.
Shitu assured Prof. Dugga of their support to him and other KOBA members holding key positions to succeed.
The KOBA President also thanked the Federal Government through the Federal University, Lafia for appointing one of their own to serve in that capacity.
Responding, Prof. Victor Samson Dugga -Dean, School of Post Graduate Studies, Federal University Lafia. appreciated KOBA for their visit and assured them of his determination and commitment not to fail while discharging his duties.
” I want to appreciate you for the visit and to assure you that by God’s grace, I will not fail while discharging my duties.
” I will do my best to take the Post Graduate School to the greater height,” he said.
He also promised to live above board in discharging his duties.
