Karu LG Boss dissolves all political appointees with immediate effect.
The executive Chairman, Karu Local Government Council, James Bawa Thomas, has dissolved all the political appointees serving in various offices with immediate effect.
The is was contained in a press statement signed by the secretary of the council, Utoh Vakpa Danladi and made available to newsmen in Karu, Thursday.
According to the statement, the appointees are all supervisory councillors, special advisers, senior special assistants and personal assistants respectively, urging the affected officers to handover the documents of their respective offices to their directors or the superior officer in the departments.
Thomas, however appreciated the efforts of all the appointees towards making his administration to succeed, saying their contributions and good working relationships will be greatly missed in the local government just as he wished them success in their future endeavours.
