Comrade Enoch reelected as Kwali NUT branch chairman.

Comrade Simon Biko Enoch had been re -elected as Kwali area council branch chairman of the Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT) for another four years tenure during union’s delegates election in the area.
Among the re -elected branch executives included, Comrade Attahiru Ishaku, Secretary, Alhassan Shuaibu, Assistant secretary, Para Cecilia, vice chairman 1, George Micheal, vice chairman II, Maigida James Solomon, vice chairman III and Nanloh Musa, as deputy vice chairman.
Others are, Caleb Yunana, Treasurer, Alhassan Yakubu, Financial secretary, Sani Ladan Pai, Publicity secretary, Habila Musa, Social secretary, Aka’a Nancy, examiner of Account 1, and Mercy Ibrahim Gani, examiner of Account II.
In his acceptance speech, the re -elected Kwali area council branch NUT chairman, Comrade Enoch, appreciated God, stakeholders, delegates as well as the entire teachers of Kwali branch for giving him and other executives another four years mandate.
He, however, promised to build, upgrade, and uphold the standard of achievements recorded during their first tenure in office as executives of the NUT in the area council.
He assured that the union executives will ensure regular dialogue, lobby and negotiation with the authorities of Kwali area council towards ensuring that the welfare of teachers are met.
“And it is on this note, I therefore l, charge our teachers to remain committed with passion to discharge their duties diligently, “he said.
Our correspondent report that the re -elected branch executives were immediately inaugurated at the end of the delegates election, which held at Kwali town hall amid tight security.
