NOUN Lokoja Center Matriculate New Students
The National Open University of Nigeria, NOUN, Lokoja Center has matriculated new students
The Director of NOUN Lokoja center, Prof. Timothy Icholla who was represented by Dr. Rosemary Ejioma head of counselling unit charged the new students to be dedicated to their studies and be of good behaviour.
Dr Ejioma further stated that, all segments of the studies are very important to the success of the academic program as distance learning will afford students an opportunity to learn on their own, but emphasized that, students need to ask questions as the occasion demands clarification.
One of the newly matriculated students Mr. Solomon Agada thanked the management of the institution for locating a center in Lokoja and other parts of the state.
He equally lauded those who gave birth to the center in 1983 and the eventful take off of the Lokoja center in year 2006.
He advised fellow students to take the advantage of the environment for maximum benefit.
Highlight of the occasion was a group photograph with students and management of the center.
