Delta SNYC: We Will Ensure Youth Interest Comes First ~ Wiska
A frontline aspirant for the Chairmanship position of the Delta State chapter of the Southern Nigeria Youth Congress (SNYC), Comrade Wiska Monday, has pledged to place the interests of Delta youths above all else if elected.
Speaking in an interview, Comr. Wiska, who doubles as the immediate past President of the National Association of Delta State Students (NADESSTU), noted that his vision is to reposition the SNYC into a youth-focused body that actively champions the welfare and development of young people in the state.
According to him, “I want SNYC in Delta State to be the one that ensures the interest of our youth always comes first. Youth welfare, youth empowerment, and youth advancement will be our utmost priority.”
Comrade Wiska further stressed that his ambition is driven by a desire to transform the Congress into a vibrant platform for youth engagement, advocacy, and leadership.
“This time around, we are going to ensure real opportunities for youth empowerment and development. It’s time to build SNYC like never before in Delta,” he said.
He called on delegates, stakeholders and fellow youths to support the vision of a youth congress that truly speaks for and defends the future of Delta State’s young population.
