Delta: Uwasike Congratulates Staff on Promotions, Assures of Welfare
Barr. Austin Uwasike, Permanent Secretary of the Delta State House of Assembly Service Commission, has expressed congratulations and restated the Commission’s dedication to staff welfare during a promotion interview at the Commission’s headquarters in Asaba.
Speaking to the 61 candidates shortlisted for the promotion interview on 15th and 16th January 2025, Uwasike highlighted the Commission’s focus on staff welfare and career progression, reassuring them that their well-being would remain a priority as they progress.
The promotion interview, which was conducted in a professional and unbiased manner, evaluated the candidates suitability for various positions within the assembly/commission.
The Permanent Secretary lauded the candidates for their tireless efforts and dedication, which garnered them a spot in the promotion interview. He encouraged them to persist in striving for excellence as they embark on new challenges and responsibilities.
The leadership of the legislative arm of the Delta State Government remains committed to fostering a favorable working environment and opportunities for growth and development for its staff. He thanked the Speaker of the House, RT. Hon. Emomotimi Denise, for his gracious approval of the promotion exercise and for the ongoing initiatives in the assembly/commission aimed at ensuring a conducive working environment for the staff.
